Idle jet orifices: barely larger than a grain of rice:
very fine drilling required...next time will have a proper precision hand feed chuck...in this case the drill survived being in the manual turret. Drill diameter used was the very minimum the chuck would take:
first part of assembly (no deburing or cleaning yet). Jet visible in lower hole:
