Hardware at Chickasha

The past few years, there has been a man selling old and obsolete hardware at Chickasha. He obtains it from a closed hardware store in Nebraska. He gave me his contact info, and the city in Nebraska that the hardware store was located in, along with the name of the hardware store and it's owners, but I have lost all the information. I am looking for some specific hardware they may have.
Does anyone know who this is, and how I could get in touch with him?
Thanks!
Bill

I can tell you that there has not been anyone selling, exclusively, obsolete hardware in last 4 years at Chickasaw. I know “Third Gen Automotive”. Formally “Nacewicz Enterprises” sells good quality reproduction hardware on line, eBay and their website. While it primarily is 1928 +, there are a number of things that cross over to the Model T.

The previous owner, Roy, lived Nuts and Bolts, he would call, email and even write you a letter with specific, threads, size, pitch etc. He made it easy to see what would work on the Model T.

Unfortunately, While they still have a quality product, the new folks communication and response is very poor, actually, non existent.

Good luck on your search.

Kirk Petersen!
Thanks VERY MUCH! I think this is the guy! I will give him a call tomorrow!
I was really mad at myself for losing all the info I got from him.
It was not just Model T hardware he had. He had a lot of old wagon hardware and odd bolts and nuts, and even hardware for wagon bodies!
Thanks again!
Bill
Once again, this forum proves it's value!

You are most welcome. My mom is from Valley Nebraska and my Dad is from Elkhorn which is in the same county.
Good Luck

I got ahold of Tom Vanmeeteren today. He stocks ignition parts, starter switches, etc. but he said he was not aware of the individual I was looking for. He lives in eastern Nebraska and was kind enough to call me back regarding my search for the source of this original hardware. He said he had never heard of a large antique hardware stash in Nebraska, and he's been there for over 40 years.
But in any case, I have him looking for a 1926 Franklin starter switch, so a good thing may come out of this thread after all.
