Cross country camping in my Model T is on my bucket list.

Tent camping would involve less weight than pulling a camping trailer, but pitching a tent in the rain and or breaking camp in the rain seems less than joyous.

I know, I know, this wimpy talk from the same guy who will gleefully drive over 200 miles during the New Hampshire winter in an open car.

Steve,

That's a great photo of you camping. You should post a copy in black & white to make it look period correct.

We used to do it with a Model A but have never camped with a T. These days, I am so achy I don't think I would do well sleeping of the ground or on a cot.

Steve, is that your tent in the picture? I thought you just layed a tarp on the ground. You must be getting soft. :D
