Bruce, yes it would fit your car (although the case with studs is later 1915-21). It appears that its' been repaired with a bushing that restored the inner axle gear thrust surface and the shoulder that supports the thrust washers (from what I can tell). I would pass unless the seller can tell me what the axle bearing clearance is in the repair. Hard to tell from the pictures (and dirty parts) the condition of the pinion and ring gear. I would reach out to forum members for the parts you need rather than on line auctions where you can't see and handle the parts before you buy. Just my humble opinion.

The pin to locate the steel washer is sheared off. That let the washer cut a groove around the housing. It can be repaired by filling the groove with weld and remachining the housing. I have one just like it but used a spare instead.

Just to educate me, where do you suspect a bushing has been installed, I don't see it, quite frankly don't even know where to look

No evidence of a bushing from the inside view. Mark called it. The thrust washer cut a groove.
This is the earlier 3 stud diff. (less preferred)

when you rebuild these things, you need to know the bearing surface OD of the axle gear and measure the bearing surface in the differential (ID) and seek a combination within acceptable limits. This thing has been laying in the dirt and has rust everywhere including bearing surfaces. The spider may well be shot, the pinion gears may be shot...you might be throwing out a lot of what you paid shipping for...

buy from someone on the forum who will sell a clean one in nice shape for a reasonable price. Measure your spider and gears and perhaps you can reuse them or purchase NOS from suppliers if yours are shot.

I "assumed" that it had been repaired and stand corrected. The thin line around the shoulder where it meets the case seemed to be too narrow for a groove worn by the thrust washers, and the inside thrust surfaces don't look grooved, usually I've see both conditions in a worn cases. Blame it on old eyes and new glasses, but we all know what dangers there are in assuming. Whether or not it has studs or bolts never made a difference to me, but each to his own. I would pass on it

To much for the asking price. You really don’t know about the spider gears without looking at them. Probably can find a better one for around $50-$75.
