Installing or removing one lone spark plug while most of the head bolts are removed seems like an odd scenario to me. Most of the wires are off the terminal block and the horn is loose but not removed from the area. It's kind of a helter-skelter way of doing things unless of course it is simply a posed photo and arranged in some sort of artistic look. :P
It's obviously a sparklingly clean engine compartment as there is no noticeable grease or grime on the hands or arms. My cars are the same way. :lol:
I say it is a '23 with a low cowl.

If you scroll down past the written story, there is a picture of a Model T pick up sitting next to the car. Very large shop with tables of parts
