Planting Model T seeds

I had a couple extra T blocks that weren’t being used. I wondered if I planted some seeds in the cylinders in the early spring that maybe a new Model T might sprout. All I ended up with are these dang flowers! Must have used the wrong fertilizer I guess. At least they help make the front of my shop look a little nicer and I can’t be accused of leaving junk lying around since they are now serving as planters!

Nice! Some more good photos of the old Ford Plant.

Probably needs more iron in the fertilizer and less water.

They have to be "watered" with Marvel Mystery Oil for a new T to grow in !

what I wouldn't give for a couple good blocks within 200 miles of me...*sigh* :(

Scott,

Don’t worry, if these two blocks were in your backyard they wouldn’t do you any good. The area around the valve chamber is shaped really odd. There is no way to get a valve cover to go on or bolt down. Really strange.

I assumed there was a fatal reason they were doing double duty...just musing out loud regarding where some of the better stuff ends up. Really wish I had the ability to attend some of the swaps that I read about :)

Scott. I've a daughter in Billings. Perhaps I could throw an old engine in the rig the next time we go to visit. ;)

And I'd take you up on that offer, too, Noel! That's an easy drive from here!

;)

I have a couple blocks I could bring to you in Fond du Lac. Only problem is I do not know if they are still good. Scott can have them for free.
