The Tennessee T's are having a Spring Tour to Reelfoot Lake TN. This is a small limited tour but I still have room for 3 more cars. I thought I would see if any of you would like to join us. We require, for insurance purposes, Membership in the TN T's club to participate but it only cost 15 bucks to join.
This will be a progressive tour. We are starting off in Milan TN and will be traveling to Reelfoot lake where we will stay for 2 nights in, newly built, state owned log cabins on the water front. From there we will travel to "The Discovery Park of America" in Union City TN, which is a world class museum.
Reelfoot Lake was formed by an earthquake in the winter of 1811-12. It is truly a beautiful place to visit.

Tour is May 16-18, 2019

The Tennessee T's are really a fun group to tour with. You will not be a stranger.
This would also be a good tour for a stock Model T or someone who has never toured before.

Yes, It is on the New Madrid fault. The earthquake opened up a hole in the ground which made the Mississippi River run backwards. The museum we are going to has a whole section on how Reelfoot Lake was formed including an earthquake simulator. The floor actually shakes under your feet.

Here is a really cool video, found by Bill Robinson, about the formation and history of Reelfoot Lake TN. It has some really cool old cars and trucks. You will also see quite a few wood handmade Reelfoot Lake boats. I own one of the original boats. It reminds me of years past when my Dad would take me fishing on the lake.
