Historic Fords with numbers for years 1914-1918.

Every once and awhile there is a discussion about some one wanting to construct a military related Ford replica of World War I.

If any one is willing to take the time, the Congressional Record related to the years 1914-1918 ( and the years before 1925) that discuss the Army Quartermaster, etal, supplies and surplus, will often find Ford related vehicles and parts, some times, listing the motor number of Fords being sold as surplus.

Too the offing of surplus is found in reports related, for example, to Select Committee on Expenditures in the War Department.

So, not only are those T's with numbers from 1908 to 1910 that come up for sale, may create discussion, those fro the Great War period may be of interest too.

Example: https://www.google.com/books/edition/Wa ... 1&bsq=ford

Some day when to 15 million cars become a manageable number, there may be a proper Model T Register of real and replica cars and trucks and tractors.
