John, I’ve never seen a 3 tier E&J tail light. My early 09 came with 3 tier sidelights and a 2 tier taillight.

I don't recall seeing ads for the 3 tiered E&J taillight either. They seem to just show the two tiered even when showing the 3 tiered sidelights.

I looked at a bunch of pictures of EMF 30 cars on their web page and Facebook pages. All the cars I saw in the pictures had E&J three tier side lights, and two tier tail lights.
