Today's T Tip

Post by Flyingpiper59 » Thu Aug 25, 2022 10:38 am

Good morning forum chums, this may have already been thought of before…..but whenever I come up with a timesaver or a hack, I try to pass it on….. I’ve made an improvised third hand to install my rebuilt starter in my 27 Tudor…. I’ve already installed and believe me it saved my back….lolol!
As the pictures show……That gate handle extends past the back part of the starter enough to rest firmly on the engine block taking the weight off of the starter while you get those top screws started….Happy Wrenching!

It worked great Steve, I placed the starter on the floor right beneath where it needed to go reached right down and pulled it right up in the place
