MTFCA Hershey Invite

Post by George_Akin » Mon Sep 19, 2022 10:09 am

It is only 2 weeks until Hershey. Be sure to come by the MTFCA site for refreshments and Model T fellowship on Tuesday around 3:30. Enjoy refreshments and meet the directors of the MTFCA.

Is it still listed in the directory under Keith Gumbinger's name?

Yes, The MTFCA site is listed in my name. That's because a requirement to having a site at Hershey is that you are a member in good standing of the AACA, which I am.
The site is C4Q 34 to 37. That's in the Chocolate Field North, not to far from lightposts 36 and 37.
I won't be there this year, but George Aiken, Kathy Tagert and other MTFCA Board of Directors members will be there along with Rachel Hughes, Executive Director of the MTFCA.
Stop in, rest your weary bones and have some water and maybe a snack on us.
This "Meet and Great" session is free, open to anyone whether a T club member or not, and men and women alike.

Back to the top. Those of you who are Forum regulars and / prior Hershey attendees already know this information, but this is to bring it to the top for those who are new to the Hershey experience.

You may "risk" to stumple into people like this:

(I, the rightmost individual, will not be there though). Picture from 2018 (corrected from 1918 :-D ).

We have finished packing the canopy, tables, chairs and MTFCA merchandise and are heading to Hershey. Hope to reunite with many of you on Tuesday afternoon at our space. Travel safe.

Model T folks, whether you’re a MTFCA member or not - stop by the MTFCA booth at C4Q 37 - 39 area for a visit.
There’ll be 5 Club Directors there, a couple Model Ts, a chair to rest and some water.
The Director hosting the 2023 National Tour in Manhattan, Kansas ( Stu Tomlinson) will be there to tell you about the great time
He’s got planned for the Flint Hills Tour!
