Good afternoon forum Chums!
I just thought I would give you all an update. I just got off the phone with Steve at Lang’s antique auto parts and he said replacement cams are nowhere in sight….. In spite of whatever rumors you may have heard, there are no cams even in production at present and no definitive date is to when camshaft productions are going to be resumed…. I guess I’m going to have to nurse my original stock Cam along a little while longer!
If anyone has heard anything different than that please reply back here….. Have a great day people!

Chaffins garage has a 270 re ground camshaft that works great and is quite reasonably priced.

This cam does perform very well. Follow the instructions on front thrusting!
The stipe cam is much more beefy & not prone to the flexing of a thinner reground cam.

You could also use original grind and 7.5 degree advanced timing gear. ;)

What does that 7.5 degree advance due for performance?

That cam gear makes the engine a little bit more peppier.
