A nice RHD 1913 that could use a wash. Original tyres?

Commentary with the website said the pic was taken in 1915, something tells me they may not be original, but who knows. Looks like whitewall tires, I have to wonder if they would be aftermarket? I thought the early cars all came with either all white (usually smooth at that) or grey tires. But what do I know!

Appears to have John Brown 16 headlights and 110 side lights, not Clasco.
