I have a new toy to play with. I picked this up with some other parts on my last trip. I do not know what I will do with it yet, but it was a neat find.

How cool is that dizzy conversion?!? I’ve only ever seen a few of the right angle type…
I have this one, but is 3:1 reduction instead of the needed 2:1. Supposedly for a 6 cylinder. I would have had it mounted to the MATCO in my ol ‘27 roadster if the reduction was correct


Be careful when installing the MATCO, as there is no alignment mechanism to ensure the gears are meshed correctly. You will need to shim the front plate vertically to set gear lash. It took 3 pan gasket layers to get my drive gears to run properly. I also have drawings for the shaft and bushings for the MATCO
