What wheel is this?

I’ve never seen a wheel being crimped like this before. Curious of what we are looking at for anyone who knows.

I'm guessing Hayes. That's the only rim with lugs that extend in past the edge of the felloe. But I've never seen one quite like this before.

It's not a T wheel. The valve stem hole is in the wrong position for a T. Most likely a Hayes wheel for Chev.
