I’m a new member of MTFCA and restoring a 24 Touring. I noticed the headlights are not semetrical in relation to the radiator. Can anyone tell me what can cause this and what I have to do to correct this?

Harvey- it would help if you could post a picture of your situation. Something is probably bent or sagging due to age and abuse...

No doubt something (s) are bent. The Model T "bible" shows a headlamp adjustment being performed with a substantial pry bar - the fender support iron may also be bent. A sagging front spring, bad shackles/perches may contribute to the appearance of mis-alignment. There are also differences in headlight buckets through production. Close examination may reveal you don't have a matched pair.

Welcome Harvey! Nice to see another ND guy on the site. I'm wrapping up a 25 Touring restoration and found that I had to shim the fender/light post brackets to get the headlights in line with each other. Your brackets could also be bent up as mentioned previously. In the posted pic the two holes in the frame below the radiator thimble is where I put in shims to better align the fender/light brackets. I used washers for the shimming. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
