Need the correct running board rivet set, 1927 Touring

I bought a 5/16" rivet set to install the running board brackets on my new frame but the rivet set head is not the correct size, it appears to be the correct size for the factory formed head on the rivet I got from Langs. What size rivet set do I need to do the the unfinished end of the rivet to match what Ford did, like in the second photo.
