What is it?

I recently got this with some parts I bought.
Anybody have any idea what it is or what it is used for?

I don't think it's a Model T part.

It may be a bracket for some type of wall mounted light fixture. It's a very nice one, whatever it is. I would not scrap that.

I believe it's a headlight bracket. I just can't place which manufacturer. I wanna' say like 1922 Studebaker... Does anyone else wanna' say Studebaker too?
