U-Joint question

Can anybody tell me what this u-joint is for?

It appears to be an adapter from the transmission output to an auxiliary transmission input. Doesn't appear to be for the old Warfords as they were/are square on both input and output.

Chevrolet used 4 bolts and splines like that. Others probably did too.
Somewhat similar. 34-36 Chev.

I pickup some once they where marked Chevy and I have seen them in a Chevy trans adapted to a model T before.
I had hopped they could be used to make a Muncie coupling but the square is to large. I did use one of the cages to make a
model A to Model T joint If one was to use a model A trans for a Aux. trans.

Does it have a game fitting? Some older tractors had the splined pto shaft and a square drive shaft to an implement.
