It is a '24 or '25 Tudor but has '26-'27 brake drums.
A nice picture of those desperate times.

Here is one more from that series. It's fun to poke into these photos. I had not known much about Arthur Rothstein (1915-1985) but have enjoyed his photos over the years. He was the first photographer hired by the Farm Security Administration, the New Deal agency and pioneered the use of photographs and “photo stories” to build public and political support for federal relief programs.
Starting in 1935, the Resettlement Administration compiled an unprecedented, nationwide photographic survey of life in Depression-wracked America.
Had Rich B. not shared the photo, I would not have learned this about Mr. Rothstein.
