The '14 in last photo has elec. headlamps which is interesting.

I wonder what’s on the dentist’s fender? Tubes tied to the spoke? I thought a vacuum suction pump running off the intake

The foot operated rills were a beautifully made piece of equipment. A friend converted one to drive a home made spinning wheel. You could kick it into action and the balance would allow it to run for a couple of minutes as it slowly wound down. Ordinarilly, the fibre is fed into the spindle orifice directly in front of the operator. His dental drill drive demanded that he learn to spin by feeding form the side.
