I am going through hundrens of T hinges and ran across this one, any ideas what its for? Bob

I found 1 more not sure which is right way of assembly

I did spend some time looking. Overland, Chevrolet and even Cadillac had similar ones but not a match I could find. I suspect a small car or even an accessory for a Ford.
