Have phoned before to get replacement pieces, easiest way. More and more emails can just end up in spam at busy places.

Just remember the time zone at this CA location. Call mid day for best result

I had the same problem, they do not answer emails or phone calls concerning parts. I went through Chaffins, they had a more direct link, cell phone, etc.

There is nothing like the originals! A simple 3/16" cable to an equalizer, and a clamp to the standard brake pedal. The new ones work well, but why did Jack Sunderlin do it this way? He started off making them correctly, but got side tracked and thought all equalizers were alike, and that is why they now use the Bennett style equalizer. If he would have done the proper research for his brakes, rods would not be used today! I know all this because I was there at the time he was doing all of this. Research is the key to any reproduction part!
