Our club mascot the comic hero
A few years ago our club adopted Jim Riedy's Golden Retriever as our mascot. He loves riding in Jim's '26 Roadster. He even helps Jim at stop intersections by literally looking both ways for traffic. Jim's daughter is quite a talented artist and made this "comic poster" and framed it. I think Rich Eagle will appreciate this! That's Jim holding the poster with Dick Suhr next to him. Champ's licking his chops for a treat that he always gets with us.

That is really fine !! A wonderful comic book cover makes me want to read all about the adventures of Jimbo and Champ ! Of all the companions a T driver may have, I'm sure his dog(s) appreciates it most of all !
Champ is lucky to be a club mascot.

Love it! The 10¢ price makes it a real antique. Yes, let's see a close-up.

Re: Our club mascot the comic hero
My daughter found an online program that she used to create the poster from a photograph, it is not a painting. Just wanting to clarify that point. Rich E. is on a whole other level. Jim

I’m guessing Champ gets pretty spoiled. Thanks for sharing.

Re: Our club mascot the comic hero
Looks like Champ is living a pretty fine Dog's Life. A full time job to hang around with Jim and his friends, take rides in a neat old car and eat treats. He makes a fine mascot and I'm betting a great companion.
