"micshotrodgarage" is a MTFCA member with a location of Colorado. Phone number is (423) 621-3141 is in Morristown TN address some where on W 8th N Street (a dead end street)
I could not find the suspected fraudsters tool set picture on the internet. Not saying its not there. The most obvious differences in the pictures is what looks like the bottom of an instruction sheet on the box lid & the position of the reamer. Did the scamer suggest a suspicious payment method?

The picture is from a MTFCA post by Kim. He claimed to be from Tennessee. Would not provide a name or address. Would only accept payment through Venmo. No doubt fraud. Putting it out there. Don't want anyone here to fall victim to these subhuman bottom feeders .

Scammers are getting more difficult to deal with everyday.
I posted a band saw on craigslist last week. No sooner than I hit publish, i got a text thingy on my phone. I knew right then it was not legit because my ad clearly states i do not text.
The person ask if item was still available, and could they send me a code to verify I was a real person.
I googled this and it turns out they send a code, you clic on it,and they can use that code to reset something on a google account.
They actually got angry and finally called me and ask if they could send the code and I said " h--- no,you are a scammer go =========". I have since got 2 text thingys that were telling me a certain bank account was locked and I needed to visit a site to review and unlock it. Banks I don't deal with. I don't text and I wish the person that invented it was stuffed full of marshmellows and sent out to sea on a iceburg with a 12 pack of budlight .,Forgive the rant.

I had one contact me wanting to sell me a 4 wheel drive kit. Obvious poor English. I asked for photos. Never heard back from them.

A new wrinkle in the scam industry is a post on your FB page asking you to send them a friend request. I never do, of course.
Then there are the ones who send you a request, often using the name of a real friend, from a blatantly phony new account. I sometimes play along with those, putting them in the role of trusting sucker. The pitch is usually about a government program from the Federal Subsidy Office or some such silly nonsense, offering thousands of dollars in free money. I make screen shots of the whole exchange as I lead them on, then post the shots for all to see, and ridicule their bad English and stupid incompetence. It's good, clean fun, but I don't take the time to do it often. I know I'm not going to reform anybody, but I like to think I'm doing my little part to ruin their day.
