What do you think this door went to?

My brother found this in the attic of his garage in Waltham MA. It's a door to a truck that seems to have wheels on the top that went into a track? Any ideas or are there way too many home built cabs out there?

The bead in the metal panel on lower portion makes me think Martin parry cab.

Kind of short. Maybe it belonged to one of Snow White's friends!

The size, the latch and the inscription painted on that door makes it likely a rear door to a closed panel bodied truck the size for a Model T.
Inscription covers the loading weight and capactiy of the vehicle and its intended speed for licensing.
