What type fastener is this? It’s on a 23-25 touring top rear bow.

Burco fastener, I believe. I'm not aware of a contemporary source for them, others can chime in.

Older thread on those fasteners for the top rear gypsy curtain, finding repro of originals is difficult. Most go with Lift-the Dot fabric snaps and threaded posts.

From the thread that Dan linked, looks like they are called Anzo fasteners, not Burco. Restoration Supply used to have a limited selection of them, I don't know if they still do. Restoration Specialties also show some.

I have I believe, three of these. If you need them, I’ll send them to you.

I have six of this side but not the part in the fabric. I’ll probably go with lift a dots, thanks

Those Anzo's are for the side curtains.

I forgot to mention, the female Anzo snap goes into those. I always pick them up at Hershey when I see them.
