Were these locks ever reproduced? Seems there are many on sale in ebay, facebook, etc. with varying degrees of selling prices.

They seem to have been a vary popular accessory.
They come in all period tire sizes. Trick is to find one that fits.
T sized units are harder to come by. Bigger sizes are plentiful @ swap meets.

Actually two tricks are required. Finding the correct size to fit your wheel, and remembering to remove it before attempting to drive away.

Actually, three tricks.

The third trick is finding one with its original key.

I recently sold one to a friend of mine sans key. He had a new key made for about twice the price he paid for the lock.

The device does give a subtle reminder of its presence within one revolution of the wheel.
An audible warning also on cars with low fender to tire clearance. :D
