I have no experience with the T trans other than the Kevlar bands I just installed…. I uploaded a video on YouTube.

YES!! Extremely. Must be repaired.
Spec is more than .006 - rebush.

I think that’s beyond my ability and tools….any suggestions as to who might be able to do it if I crate it up?

Is there a T club in your area? Contact them if there is someone close to you that can do it.
Others on the forum will give suggestions too.
Just be prepared when you go into it there may be others things worn too. There usually is.A good honest mechanic that’s experienced with T engines and transmission should give you an appraisal on what’s really worn and what’s not.

What I see in the video is the triple gears rocking back and forth. That may well be worn teeth and not bushings. A lot of Ts are like that. I would not jump into a repair if the car seems to run ok. I agree you might have a knowledgeable T mechanic you can trust take a look. But if it runs ok, I wouldn't worry about it.

The teeth still look good.. It might not be EXTREMELY noisy NOW. But as the wear gets geometrically worse with time. They will get louder fast from severe gear wear. At that point they will be unusable. Worse is the same damage to the drum gears. That makes the repair/part replacement cost HUGE.
Unfortunately this is a fix it now situation. IMHO

YES. Agree 100% Wouldn't be surprised if the triple pin was also loose.

Someone make a new friend and offer Edwin a reasonably priced FORD 5-Z-326 GEAR PULLER

I used J&M Machine in MA. Great work but be prepared more than likely a lot of the other parts will be worn as well. Take a look at my thread Getting rattles back on the road and you can see what goes into a rebuild. Remember these cars are not supposed to be here right now. You can't get mad at them the do have issues from time to time.
