Actually I know what it is, I think. But I haven't found it in any parts book or catalogue. Anybody know the official name and number?

Hello Steve,
That is a clevis pin. I just looked up Lang's and they have a whole bunch of them. You'll need to measure diameter and length to know what to order. I'm sure Snyder's has them too.
Good Luck,

I was thinking clevis pin from the front and rear ends of the hand brake rods. I finally found them (2546). They're ⁵⁄₁₆", but shorter than the crank ratchet pin. It's also ⁵⁄₁₆", but longer at 1⁷⁄₁₆". As Bob says, that's 3905. Now I know which drawer it goes in.
Thanks, all

Don't forget the clutch lever. There was a discussion recently on the early style domed head clevis pins.

The clevis pin in your photo is p/n 2564, and is clearly pictured on page one in my 1925 parts book under rear axle.

That part isn't listed in my parts book under transmission control, but it is in my 1913 parts book under a different number, BUT the factory number is the same #65.
