30X3 1/2 & 30 X 3 Tubes

Who was the manufacturer of Extra Quality tubes, made in USA at least 10 years ago? They must still be in business?
The English company is making a nice tube, but they have the wrong valve stems. Why to companies do this? Is this asking too much, especially since they were made here not long ago. I had a nice talk with the English guy, but he refuses to put a rubber stem on his tubes, so I can cut them off and install original valve stems on them!
Why can't Coker and Lucas and others do their job? Is that asking too much?

I am thankful that Blockley have tubes which hold air. Others do not. I am thankful they have metal stems which take period hardware like dust covers.
The stems are not exactly the same dimension as original model T ones, but, as the song says, "Two out of three ain't bad."

Some previous discussion seem to suggest they were "Hartford tubes" but tubes with the brand name may not be the same.
