There should be a Dodge Bros logo stamped in the center on the bottom center if it is real. There have been a lot of reproductions made, and it could be one.

I think you have a 1909 / 10 spider. They were slightly smaller than the 1911 & later steering wheels
Also, yours has two keyways , which makes me think it is an original .
The reproductions I've seen have only one keyway .
