Scored some friction shocks
Just scored some friction shocks for my T build. I know they are 20’s era (my T is a 1919). They will go great for my T speedster or on a T based racecar I want to build soon. Any ideas on a make or manufacturer? They are missing a few small pieces but I can make those no problem.

Re: Scored some friction shocks
Thanks for those links!
I guess I need to rephrase the previous statement. I understand friction shocks and how they work. I wasn’t very clear with how I worded my post. I guess I was asking about who made these specific shocks.

Re: Scored some friction shocks
We have lots of answers but not always the right ones. ;O)
I looked at a lot of them and the ones with the 3-rivets on the mounting end seemed mostly British. The name "Andre Hartford" came up several times.
Perhaps you know that. At any rate this brings the post to the top and maybe someone who knows more will see it.
Best of luck.

When did I do that?
