In a group on Facebook about Old Copenhagen this picture showed up:
A lot of boxes has probably just been unloaded from a ship with that crane and the ship has left maybe for more boxes.
So what does that have to do with Ford Model T??
Well - look carefully on the box in the front: You look on a pile of knocked down Ford Model T tourings fresh from Dearborn ready to be taken the last mile to the plant in northern Copenhagen, where a temporary assembly plant was made for 1919 - 1924. The year after a brand new purpuse build Albert Kahn designed assemple plant.
It is from 1923 and a pier in the Copenhagen Free Habour. A handy probebly steamdriven crane can be moved around on the rails in the pier.A lot of boxes has probably just been unloaded from a ship with that crane and the ship has left maybe for more boxes.
