Does anyone know of any better top-installation videos other than the one made by the lady at Classtique a number of years ago? It’s so bad (sorry) and hard to watch. The black fabric in a dark garage videoed with a dirty lens on the cell phone…. I’ve watched it a dozen times and read the instruction sheet way more times than that as I push my way through this project. Seeing a clearer explanation on YouTube sure would make my beer taste better tonight.

YES, Vince Iaccino, RIP made some very good and finely detailed video instructional videos for installation of different tops like One Man and Two Man also installation of the Open car interiors.

They were very good and may be available from different clubs or individuals. Vince had a brother also involved I believe.

I worked with Elizabeth (the lady from classtique) to do the upholstery on my 23 touring. If it helps any, I have some pictures of the various layers as it went together. I also remember that there was a decent bit of sewing by hand to be done in there too. Let me know.

Hey John. We met on the Mystic Seaport Tour when we all stayed at the Inn At Woodstock a few years back and your Model A chewed up it's timing gear. I did get the DVD of Vince installing a T top and have been watching it as I work thru this project. Him talking to the camera with a mouth full of tacks amazes me! Quite the craftsman.
