Model ts on auction

I ran across a website calked a better bid a few weeks ago while surfing the internet. I looked up wrecked model t for sale and came across a better bid.
They have had probably 8 or 10 model ts go through there that ive seen.

I wonder if they have reserves, those buy it now prices are a little optimistic!

We need to remember the younger generation and the average person who isn’t real knowledgable about old cars calls most any old car a Model T.
Ten years from now they will be calling cars in the 50’s a Model T just because it’s really old to them.

I had a 1980's Ford Farimont that is older than a Model T, at least on Facebook... Horn on the turn signal stalk, motor ALMOST ran.
God, what a POS that car was... what bothers me most is someday someone will call it the ultimate classic Ford...

Heyyyy. That was my wife's & my first brand new car! I actually liked it. Only option we had on it was automatic trans and I can't remember if the power steering which wasn't so powerful was extra or not. Had the little 200 C.I.D. engine. Poor mileage for it yes, but overall we liked that rather plain Jane car.

Now..our '94 Thunderbird?..oh yeh...THAT car is a classic! Man what a fun, spirited car to drive..but we rarely do now of course. It's got the 4.6L V8 and it scoots! Gets 26 mpg on highway trips! I love it.

And your T has a better turning radius than that T-bird right? I dove a friends late 80's Cougar and it was better to go around the block than try to U-turn in that car, but it was great looking!!

But that Bird sure can fly! Got picked up for speeding on a country road very first day that I had the car. Doing 94 mph and climbing when the Statie chick came around a gentle bend a mile away and nailed me. I talked my way out of it!!

I cried out my first at 16, was in my dad's 72 VW Bug and had just come off the interstate doing 100 and was probably doing 55 or 60 in a 45. I glad he did not see me on the interstate and I was scared of getting in trouble with Dad than getting a ticket!

Less optimistic than 45 in a T!!!
Dad work on VW's as a side business so mom could be stay at home with 4 boys. It was not a stock engine!!

Ha ha yeh me too but at that time I was on "lead foot" control! That car had/has power! A fun car to drive...but then so does my '16 F150 with the supercharged 5.0L in it. Man it moves!
