Give me a brake! What are these?

While feeling around a T roadster project that's been in the shop for years, I noticed some sort of rear external brake set up. I was hoping that they were Rocky Mountain brakes and that I could use them on another project. But, these are connected with the original brake rods to the original brake yoke and hand brake quadrant. So, not RM brakes. But, probably some sort of other aftermarket set up. Any idea what they are or a brand name in case I need shoe linings or installation instructions to service them?

Hi Robert,
If you look real close at the wheel side of the lever there is a name on the lever. They look similar to a set of APCO brakes I have but not the
same. Chaffins sells lining & rivets. Those rivets look to be in backwards if they are semi tubular rivets. May be correct if they are split rivets.
Craig.

Good catch. I would have guessed that was just a part number casting. Don't know if you can make out the name it's in a pretty tight spot for the camera.

I am running APCO rear brakes on our 1921 roadster pickup and when adjusted correctly they work very well.
