Rayfield Ford Special Side Dradt Carburetor

I acquired a Rayfield Ford Special side draft carburetor. It isn't NOS, but is very clean with possibly low use. I know nothing about these carburetors. Although everything looks original, The throttle levers look to be very short. There is one on each end of the throttle shaft. The choke is operated by cable much like a Stromberg. The air intake is staring at you, right above the float bowl.I don't know the purpose of the part on top of the float bowl cover. Notice that the mounting flange is not 90 degrees to the carburetor body as all other T carbs are, so the body of the carburetor is angled outward toward the frame rail when mounted. Most T carbs don't have a lot of room to spare where they are mounted, so I wonder if this will be a problem. Anyone have one of these or know anything about them?
