Maybe some type of brake light switch? I’m trying to figure out how to mount it on the frame but what else could it be?

Yes, it is a brake light switch.
A "Morganmade" switch produced by the Morgan Manufacturing Company here in Keene, New Hampshire.
Their slogan was "If it is Morganmade, it is well made."
