Holley G Rebuild

Are there any instructions or guidance on rebuilding a Holley G carb? Where the passages go etc. Loads of stuff on the NH, but all I can find on the G is taking the carb half way apart, cleaning up the parts a little and putting it back together.

Have you tried the MTFCA Carburetor book? The list of people who worked on it reads like a Who's Who of Model T experts, so It may be useful. The G I like best is the bronze version. It cleans up very pretty.

I made this video. Don’t know how to post a link but you can look it up on YouTube.

I can vouch for Cory Walker.
I had a Holly G rebuilt by another purported expert and it simply would not work correctly.
I sent it to Corey dedscribing the trouble and in short order he found the problem and corrected it.
Corey understands how the Holly G carb works and has the test apparatus to diagnose and fix it.

Steve, Yes, I have the bronze body with an UNCRACKED bowl. I checked the carb book out in the catalog, but it didn't say if it covered all the carbs or just a couple. I do have all the DVD's, but didn't see anything on carbs. Corey, I just spent the last half hour trying to find your video and all I could get was the one from Model T Ford Fix. While a very informative video, it doesn't go into a complete tear down and how to clean passages. Thanks to Joe I can now view it. Just took a really quick view and it sure looks like what I need. Finally, Ron, I've been looking over Corey's rebuilds and they look like they're done very well. Unfortunately, I have to try EVERYTHING myself first. I like to tear things apart and see how many parts I can leave out that they really didn't need! (just kidding). I'll look over the video later tonight and see if things look doable. Thanks for your help.....

Corey's done a handful of G's for me & some referrals - the G is quite particular on fuel level in the well - good luck !

I bought a Holley G a few years ago from Corey Walker and it works great on my 1915 T. I highly recommend him if you need a repair or a refurb.

I’m running a brass Holley G rebuilt by Corey, works fantastic
I send all my carburetors to Corey, plus anyone needing one rebuilt to him.

...the G is quite particular on fuel level in the well...
There's a little tool for setting the fuel level in a G. If nobody sells the tool you can make it yourself. Somewhere I've seen the measurements for the tool, but I don't recall where.
