I'm wanting to ask for your favorite recipe for a manifild cooker, for our June newsletter up here in Canada. Whatcha got?? Please include rough drive times, or if it should be precooked and "just warmed". The shorter the better, so I can include a number of your favorites. Thanks!

There were some pretty good manifold recipes that had been submitted to the Tennessee T's website a few years back.Check them out!

My go to is sausages in sauerkraut. I use sausages like Adele’s or Evergood that cook easy. It’s important to have plenty of moisture so the sauerkraut works well. Our cooker tours usually have about an hour driving before lunch.

You shouldn’t try to cook raw meat and hard vegetables like potatoes should be precooked pretty well.
