1915-16 radiators

I have a 1915? radiator on my 1913. Yes, I know it's wrong, but it holds water and cools very well. Here is my question, and I don't want any guesses! The radiator on my car had the headlight wire tube soldered to the lower tank. It is simply a radiator tube bent into a sight V and soldered in three places to the bottom tank. A good friend of mine has a very original early '15, and his tube is soldered to the reinforcement bar as a '13-'14. Which is correct, or is it possible Ford had more than one company making radiators. This radiator is the '15 style, with the patent plate stamped from the inside of the top tank, and has a serial number on it too. I recall from past research, that Ford eliminated the serial numbers in 1916.

Larry, on our Canadian sourced cars I have never seen a headlight wire tube anywhere else but soldered to the steel mounting bar in the core. FWIW.
