Throttle slippage

Anybody got the pattern for making that block that is meant to reduce throttle and spark lever slippage? They don't appear to be available anymore.

Usually a small adjustable wrench, fitted to the quadrant, will lift or bend up the quadrant in a spot that 'tightens' the lever against the grooves in the quadrant arm to prevent slippage.
