Certainly looks like a Canadian T. The front tires/wheels look to be 30X3.5. The after-market under-axle wishbone brace was a fairly common accessory. It is amazing how many '12s had electrified headlamps. I wonder if that being the first year for Cadillac's introduction of the electrified gasoline car spurred a push for the electric upgrade of acetylene lamps?
