une 21 is my birthday and I am 92 this year.
Just wanted to let all of you know,
That I am doing well.
I move slow because of my back,
I am in good health otherwise.

I am at our store 6 days a week. I was in the Army 1950-53 during the Korean conflict.
Repair lamps,
Help with selling items.

I plan on being around another year,
And probably more than that.

LaVerna and I have been married 56 years,
Here we are with Laddie our sheltee.

I bought this 1910 Ford in 1946.
I was 14 years old at the time.
I have owned it 78 years.

I remember meeting you at Chickasha a few years ago at the pizza party.

We had a 92 year on our tour. Still driving a T. I didn't get his name. They had everyone over 80 stand up and then counted out by year. I thought I might be the oldest one there but I am only 88. So Keep on going Darel! As long as you are ahead of me, I still feel like a kid. Happy Birthday!!!!!!

Thank you all for the kind remarks. We also own a 1931 Model A wide bed pickup we bought in 1969 and a 1931 standard roadster we bouight in 1976.
My wife (LaVerna) is 8 years youger that I , so she is a great help, as I have slowed down. She was raised on a Minmneslta farm, so is used to heeping thins around the home and our stare is nice shape. WE still have pur store in Excelsior Mn. I am at the store now. The picture is during a winter storm.

My wife and I went and found their place last summer. Got to meet him and his wife. Had great fun visiting while the wife was shopping and visiting. We're going to do it again this year! Just the walk to Darel`s office is worth the trip! Anyone that's been there can attest to that!

Stop by when you are in the area. We are right down town in Excelsior at 239 Water St. Minnesota. Go to google maps and street view. We are hear 6 days a week. Some Mondays we might be closed to work on tasks at the store. Go around to the back door,. if it is open or unlocked, step in and anounce your presence.
