I thought I had the wiring pretty squared away. Unfortunately I had some chassis wiring and some body wiring paired together. I have to pull the body to pull the motor so I had to demolish dome of the loom. I also had to pop out the switch plate and gauges to use the body lifting bracket I made.

I’m pretty much a month backwards but now I can get to the motor. I got my drums from Dave Nolting. I’ll pull the motor this weekend and do the autopsy. If it’s not too embarrassing I’ll share what went wrong.

I think we all feel for you Andy! That has got to really bite. Current photos looking so much like the photos of a few months ago. I wish I was closer and could come over to help.
However, you certainly know the car well by now, and it should go back together easier than the first time with most of the fitting and making of pieces already done once.
So, I will say it, all things considered? Looking good!

Started another thread on my transmission autopsy. Short answer, worn out stuff I should have addressed.
