Many of you know this already but history was made Friday as AJ Eyre became the first person to be a third generation Stynoski winner with his 1918 Touring. He did almost all of the restoration himself and wound up with a stunner of a car. My congratulations to him.

Most us will never win it, but we can sure admire the dedication and effort that goes into it.

It's great to see this kind of restoration to the "Redheaded stepchildren" T's out there also.
Post horseless carriage & pre starter T's have been much less desirable.
Congratulations.

I’m a proud dad for sure. He almost did it all of himself and has always liked the 17-19 low radiator stuff the best. He did all his own bodywork and all his own painting and assembly he really very talented with it all and works hard to learn it if he has never done it. I was worried I would have children that wouldn’t be interested and he is very interested. He has a 22 roasters about 80% done now.

Congratulations. Three generations of restorers talented and skilled enough to take out that award is a very impressive feat. To do it with an all black car is also very impressive. Most years it is some flashy brass T that wins. I was also impressed with what appeared to be a large number of young participants at the tour this year. It looked like an awesome event.
