Thanks for sharing. Most cars were only 40 to 50 years old then and I bet there still running.

Thankyou for that! SPLENDID!!
I'm sure the hobby was different then and maybe simpler. Events were special enough to find period clothing for, etc.
The illusion of longer and lower cars as well as shorter people is delightful too. It's easy to get lost it.

That's amazing. Everyone in such detailed costumes, and lots of marching bands. They put a remarkable amount of effort into it. And the actually look like they are having a lot of fun.

The other American Underslung, (the roadster), may still be the one that shows up at OCF. I wonder how many other cars in the film are still in attendance? The 1899 Locomobile was there maybe 10 or 12 years ago. I drove it! (see 3:27).
