In the fifth photo both the T's have the same number plate. What gives?

Allan, good spot on the doubles.

NY required front and rear license plates early on, and best guess is the ladies new 1914 touring wasn’t yet registered.

So the gent lent the gals his rear plate, and hung it on the ladies T with short leather straps over the axle :)

The 12th picture looks like fish hanging from the tree but I don't see any fishing poles and the men are very well dressed for fishing. They didn't seem to have any casual clothes in those days. Even in the 1940's when my dad had a furniture factory, he wore old suit clothes for work and the crew sometimes had work clothes which they kept in lockers and changed to suits for commute! We did have one kid in our school who had come from Boston who wore a tie to school and everyone laughed at him. He also did not know how to pronounce the letter R. He added an R when there was none and deleted it when it was written! Seems like many regional accents are fading away now.

In picture #1, delivered today, from just what I could see & count, you’d need an armed guard. Looks to be, Tax include, about 20k worth of visible tires.

About the double plates in photo #5; could they be dealer plates, that would make sense...
