Russ lives near Flagstaff, AZ. He is the reigning speedometer guru, and wrote the book on speedometers.

Not to steal the "thunder" from the recommendation of Russ, I have used this rebuilder at least twice in the past for both Stewart and an AC speedometer, and a lot of rebuilders won't touch an AC because they are fragile and more difficult to work on.
